Delta Block Party

This weekend was a busy one for us. We had a graduation open house and we got invited Anna's work block party. They had a ton of activities for all ages. Jumpers for kids to play in, sports activities, art projects, all the food you can eat, bands, and lots more. We've been able to go for the past 4 years and it's been a ton of fun. We were looking forward to this year since Nataly is at the age that she can do a lot of the activities. At one point Nataly and Grandpa were running around dancing and kicking the beach ball we won. They were so fun to watch. Everyone around us loved watching Nataly and seeing how happy she was.

This was from Mother's Day. Bruce came over on his Harley. Nataly was not feeling it.

Genius or Gymnast

So, we just might have a genius and or gymnast on our hands. Grandma M has a puzzle at her house and Nataly puts it back together every time. She doesn't seem to like it not together all together. Check it out. We also signed Nataly up for gymnastics this summer. The first class was a little difficult with following  instruction but she's pretty darn good with her somersault. She is so proud of herself every time she does one. Nataly is getting better and better at each class.  It's so fun to watch her face light up. We are so proud of her!

Farm art

I became Nataly's paper today. She wanted my arm filled with farm animal stickers. She gets upset if they fall off too. They just won't stay.

Hair cut

Nataly got her first hair cut back in March. I know I need to get pics up for it but I just have to put these up right now. Nataly got her second haircut today at Kids Hair. She was soooo amazing. She sat there like a big girl & looked around. She didn't make a peep. At the end she got a sticker with a smiley face. She has to wear it all day long now & says happy, happy. Afterwards we got a treat & went out for lunch. We had a great morning!

Now back to Nataly

Sorry for the interruption in our Nataly coverage. Now back to our "All Nataly, All the Time" coverage.
Here is some more stuff with her
Here she is eating a sour apple sucker.

Here she is bundled up going to the farmers market with mom.

Roger Waters "The Wall" is weird

We went to Roger Water's The Wall last night. It was a great show. It seemed like more of a play than a rock concert. The show starts out with a few blocks starting to build a wall across the stage and little by little the stage is completely blocked by the wall. The whole time images are projected onto the wall and as each piece is added, it lights up. Just the audio and video for the show was amazing.

It was an amazing production that got weirder and weirder as the night went on. And for the record, we were sober. The first half was a lot of his old Pink Floyd material which was great. It was weird, but only because of the images on the wall and a few of the inflatable people. The second half however was another story. It was mostly anti war and anti government messages and the images on the wall were way out there. There was a flying pig that flew over the crowd for a few songs that was covered with graffiti. Making fun of the flying pig at Pink Floyd concerts I guess. I didn't know any of the songs and I was completely lost. I could have left at the intermission and been just fine.

Here's a video of the first half. I didn't record any from the second half.
