This was one of the documents we had to sign and initial at our closing yesterday. I saw it and had to take a picture. I was so overwhelmed by the all the sticky notes, highlights and arrows that I didn't listen to what I was about to sign. The closing lady thought I was crazy when I took a picture and wasn't amused when she had to tell me what I was signing again. Everything went off without a hitch and there were no surprises or delays with the closing.
